Tribal Sanctuary: Brief Question

I have a brief question about the Tribal Sanctuary.
Basically, when I attack the mobs and Boss in this area, their health quickly regenerates back to the main level, meaning It's impossible to kill the Boss for me.
I'm level 57, so I assume there shouldn't be any issue there.
Maybe my weapons too low? It's a Calamaro Bow, LVL 43.
Or am I just missing something which I need to do in order to attack the boss?

Some of the mobs have healing spells, killing the ones that do will make it easier to damage the rest.

 

And if that doesn't work you can always ask for someone to help (beat it for you "wink" "wink")

 

I'd say get some better gear, and stock up on potions.
Have you done the quest Shadow of the Beast yet? You can use the reward at the end to buy a good bow in Olux.
Another good bow in Infinity, a legendary all-element damage bow that's level 55.
For all armor you pick up, be sure to identify it and compare it to yours.
