Forum Warning Point System

So, I'm a bit confused about the system because mods have different answers on some questions.
My questions:
1. How many warning points results in a ban.
2.How long is the ban
3.Do warning points expire and how
4. Is it possible to appeal for forum bans
5. How to appeal for ingame bans if I got forums banned

 

1. 6 warning points is a 1 week tban. 10 ACTIVE warning points is a permanent ban.
2. Should be explained in 1.
3. They can expire or they can be permanent. The length of their lasting depends on what the moderator(s) chooses to make it.
4. No, you can not appeal a forum ban because you usually have PLENTY of warnings before you're permanently banned, so if you are going to ignore every/all warning and continue to break our rules then you do not deserve to be unbanned.
5. Don't get forum banned and that won't be an issue.

 

6 is for active + expired points?

 

I should have specified there as well I guess. 6 is for active also, I just emphasized the 10 active points because then you're at a permanent ban, which is obviously more serious than a temporary one. I would suggest heavily following the rules so that you don't have to worry about it at all. It's not difficult. :P

Your sockpuppet points don't expire. Just take time to read over the rules and be sure to follow them in the future, you should be fine.

 

You should also point out that there's a certain number of total points that lead to an unappealable permanent forum ban, no matter whether they're active or not. I think it's 20?

I know that, I remember I got 3 for spamming a thread like 2 years ago, back when fibunny was a mod. My real question is is there a way to tell when points have expired?
