And why would you care? I've conversed with @_Romzy_ and we agreed that this could sell for around 10LE due to its xp stat being near maxed and the fact that the other stats are decent compared to other pieces with around the same xp going for 5-7LE with much worse stats

So, regarding the item in question... If one takes a look at recent market sales, it may be noted that similar greaves have sold at around 3LE while others have sold at 5-7LE+. As is the nature of auctions, @RaptorJesus is looking to tempt those rarer buyers who may be more inclined to offer larger sums for near maxed stats. That's well within his right. He also asked me to give him an estimate of the fair market value for the item. So I do not believe his motivation is to rip anyone off as @Gifd has suggested -- a rather harsh accusation to make on someone's auction (remember, you can question someone's pricing without resorting to unkindness).

That being said, I understand why @Sirstealyourkill and @Gifd may be skeptical about the price, since other models have sold at lower price points. A starting bid price of 5LE (with a 1LE increment) gives little room for much auctioning to happen before the item hits its upper value threshold. Thus, I would concur that lowering the starting bid is a reasonable request, and likely one to help get the auction rolling.

Can everyone stop telling me how to sell my item? I've talked with Romzy and he did some research and based on that I reached the conclusion that I wanted to sell it at this price due to the fact that not only is the xp stat near maxed but the other IDs are above average. Thank you.

Who the hell would buy this anyway. 36% is considered low and you need to do the quest anyhow. Once you do the quest you will have a pair and the chances of it having more than 36% is very high. This is just a sad scam attempt.
