Broken Quest (death Whistle)

Ok, so I just started the quest Death Whistle. I talked to Voer, went to the mountain, and got the black whistle leaf. However, Voer refuses to acknowledge that I have the leaf and continues to tell me to go to the mountain and get the leaf. What do I do? If someone could help me out that would be great.

 

Perhaps you missed a point where the quest book is supposed to update, I suggest retracing the steps of the quest and seeing if your book updates along the way

 

You climbed the moutain instead of going through the correct way
Circle the mountain and find a black coal entrance and go in it

 

Yeah what they said, you can't just archer jump up it

 

One problem I see with this quest is that your supposed to go to the "tallest" mountain in the swamp
But if you compare it to the other mtns .....it's not very tall

 

This is a quest where you can't be lazy sorry

 

Thank you Mouse :), That_Chudley, and everyone else who replied. I did archerjump to the top. :/ I'll go try again the proper way. I do find it amusing (and annoying) that Voer refuses to accept the thing he wanted that is in my hand.
