I Need Help Immediately!

So i just tried to get on to the main hub and i get the message,

'you are already logged on to this server.'
'It may help to try logging in again in a few minutes.'
'if this does not resolve your issue, please contact staff.'

but I've waited half an hour.
i really need help.
(PS. i don't know if someone has hacked my account)

this just happens on occasion, not sure why

 

This issue sometimes occurs when your player gets left in a lobby somehow despite you logging off. You have to wait for the lobby to restart.

 

ok well apparently im in lobby 2 as my friend said so can you tell me when it will restart?

 

This is issue happeneds when you log out from the server but the server still think that you are there. Some servers avoid the issue with a plugin that when detects that there is another player trying to login it kicks the entity on the server so you can join but when there are no servers with plugins restart the game (close mc and the launcher and re-open them)

 

I think you're in fallback. Switch lobbies with /lobby

 

SaltyPhox the problem with that is i cant even get into the lobby so i cant use commands

 

try logging out of your account and logging back in
