Assassin/Ninja Looking For An Assassin Build (small Prize)

Ok here is the deal: I've been using the same build for a long time and I want a change. I'll go with the build that I like the most (obviously) or stick with my old one if I don't like the ones here.
Specifics/info (very few; be creative):
Assume a level 100 Assassin
No mythics (I'm le poor but have a lot of good stat high level legendaries)
No hive stuff (I know that this limits alot of stuff, but I've used all of my tokens except for my air). I do however have an infused hive dagger with 5 t6 waters and ofc I would not like to remove them, so plan around that.
Any element works, but maximize spell damage and health (I don't care about speed so go ahead and use statue).
Try to give me around 4/4 mana regen or higher.
Assume average skill points for weapons/armour. Don't assume that I have a perfect blue mask or whatever lying around.

Well I sold my near godly momento for 4.5 le so that's out of the picture.

 

He's using assassin version of @Battleslay1000 spring build

 

Then why not just use raw spell dmg build

I don't think 20k NEUTRAL multi hits and about 26k NEUTRAL smoke bombs are horrible, but whatever you say

Assuming you are using T6 water powders for all 5 slots on your Infused Hive Dagger, I had created this build:

Paradox (STR=10, DEX=20, INT=20, DEF=10)

Facile (STR=5, DEX=5, INT=5, DEF=5, AGI=5)
Facile (STR=5, DEX=5, INT=5, DEF=5, AGI=5)
Nebulous (STR=10, DEX=10, INT=10, DEF=10, AGI=10)
Errant (AGI=45)

Required SP:
{STR=10, DEX=20, INT=75, DEF=40, AGI=45}
{Total SP used: 190}
