    as known, it does like -100% fire damage or more and this affects arrow bomb and arrow storm
    anyone know how much it affects it by and whether if its a concern or not?

    It has really good water damage and raw spell damage, so lack of fire damage isn't really an issue. It's a bit unreliable though...

    It has a large range of possible damage values, so you might be in a really bad situation and end up doing very little damage.

    Erm just use it with a Raw Spell Damage Set and Arrow Storm, it should work fine.
