    WELCOME ONE AND ALL TO
    THE WYNNTERVIEW

The Wynnterview s where I interview well known
people of the Wynn community and how they came to be and find this
    server.
TL;DR Find out about their past
And please don't get it confused with Featured Wynncraftian
    Today we welcome...

    @cicetil

    Who is he you ask?

Well cicetil is very well known for his masterpieces, from drawing mobs to llama men riding dolphins with dank memes, he can draw it all, with a click of a button!

    And one more for show

He also often streams himself drawing his paintings.

So now you've seen event makers, musicians, but now its time
to get Leonardo Da Vinci up in this!

    STANDARD QUESTIONS:

Q: How did you first find Minecraft?

I was really into Terraria back when it was first released. Not long after, a friend of mine recommended a "3D Terraria", and I bought a copy. It's been over five years since then. Time flies!

Q: How did you come across Wynncraft?

I honestly can't remember. Most likely, I was scrolling through an online server list, and it grabbed my attention with all of its special features.

Q:What did you first expect Wynn to be like?

I don't think I knew what to expect. Although the promise of custom items, quests, an RPG experience really appealed to me. I didn't take much time to think about it before I started playing.

Q: How would you describe your first play-through?

Since I had never played a server quite like Wynncraft before, I was incredibly infatuated with the spells, quests and overall experience. My first character was a knight. I got him to around lvl 20, and just decided to swim to Skiens Island with no soul points(I didn't know where I was at the time). As you can imagine, I lost everything and rage-quit. (I eventually came back and created a new character for a proper play-through.)

Q: How did you find out about the forums?

I believe there was an automated message in the in-game chat. Although, I'm not sure why I even signed up, because I never used the forums once until about a year later.

Q:How did you come up with the name: Cicetil?

I recall wanting to play some browser game, but it required a username. I couldn't think of one, so I just hit random keys on the keyboard and what I got was cicetil. I've stuck with it ever since. Also, fun fact: I don't like the look of an uppercase C, so I usually stylize my name with a lowercase one.

    TODAY'S QUESTIONS:

Q: Who inspired you to do art?

I was never actually that interested in art for most of my life. Other than some drawings I made as a kid and in school, I didn't really start creating art until three years ago. I started with a mouse and PaintDotNet, and a year later, I got my first tablet. As for my inspiration, you guys! The forums plays a huge factor in pushing me to improve, and become better as an artist. It started when I saw an art contest for the Wynncraft resource pack, then saw Starfiesh's Amadel painting. I remember thinking "Wow, this is good!" Since then, I've been trying to improve and posting my art on the forums has really helped me more than anything else.

Q: How do you do your art? :

My workflow for creating my art has developed a lot since I first started. I started out like most of you, drawing the outlines and filling shapes with color, but soon after I started using a tablet, I found that I much more enjoyed painting than line drawing. I favor using texture brushes and mixing colors with lineless art which recreates the feel of traditional painting. Although my painting process is a little hard to explain, you can see what I do when I host livestreams. If I don't know exactly what I want to paint, I usually just start by laying different colors down trying to find shapes in them. When an idea comes to me, I continue to shape it, and "render" it by continuously building upon the image.

Q: What has been your most favourite painting?

Although I have a lot of paintings I'm really proud of, I'd say my favorite is my painting of The Craggy Desert (I really like the colors.)

Q: What made you start streaming you making your art?

There have been quite a few people on the forums interested in my painting process, and recommend that I stream creating art. I researched how I could set up a twitch stream for anyone wanting to watch me painting. A stream mostly consists of me scribbling and making no progress while music plays in the background. (pretty boring stuff)

Q: How has Wynn changed your life and what changes do you think Wynn will have in the far future?

Wynn, or at least the Wynncraft forums has greatly contributed to my life as an artist by supplying me with a community in which I can share my art, receive criticism, and see what things I need to improve. I don't play on the server that often anymore, but I really enjoy the content and I would love to see how the server develops.

Thanks cicetil for being with me today!

That wraps up today's show, hopefully you enjoyed,
as always constructive criticism is always advised.

And as always have a lovely day you lovely

    Some questions hold out of place, why do I never get asked for some questions to put on this thread ;n;

I would've loved if some questions where
'How do you get inspirstion from your art'
'How much time does each one take'
'Do you think you could start something with your art'

@cicetil sorry for non stop tagging you but i'm curious of the answers

I'm a little late in saying this but thanks for having me on the Wynnterview! It was great opportunity to share a little bit about myself.
    1. I listen to a lot of music while painting. This can give me ideas and change how the painting develops. I also search a lot of image sites to find art I enjoy, then I take and use certain techniques or palettes.
    2. It really depends on the piece. I usually list the time it took me in a post. Something that can really change the time put into a piece is experimenting with different techniques or repainting parts many times.
    3. If you've been following my work for some time you would know It's a plan of mine to create a webcomic featuring the world of Aerium (The Craggy Desert image above is part of it) I'm currently just working on improving my art as well as creating the story and lore before I start on official panels. Hope this helps some.
