    They seem useful getting from one side of Wynn to another and the quest only gives you 4.

    I've had them drop from mobs in the pass and you can buy them at the Lost Sanctuary, so yes.

    Scrolls are cool, but there is just too much style in getting transported underground by cows trying to overthrow the ragime!

    The durum isles boss altar drops them so that is a pretty good way to get them.
