    Found it.

    The build I suggested was:
    *drumroll pl0x*

    Executioner helmet
    Chaos
    Post-Ultima
    Passax lux

    Jester ring } You get the two piece set bonus
    Jester ring } From two rings, even if it doesn't show it.
    Buster bracer
    Royal shocking amulet

    Roulette

    It's basically raw melee + roulette, good luck getting items with good ids.
