A Question About The Plugins

when you go into some dungeons, there are 'player' corpses in some of the walls, or on the ground. does anyone know what plugin this is, and or know a mod like it?

 

Those are Armor stands wearing armor and player heads.

 

can't be, they are in all kinds of different positions. can't be done with armor stands.

 

Command blocks.

 

Armor stands can be moved with command blocks, they're not set to just 1 position.

Firstly, there's a vanilla data tag specifing whether arms of armor stand are shown or not, another one for base plate (this stone slab-like thing at the bottom) and then there are tags for rotation of the stand itself as well as each part of it. There should be more about this on minecraft wiki (for example http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Commands#Data_tags or http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Chunk_format#ArmorStand (scroll down a bit to a sub-section Armor Stand)
