Assassin/Ninja Help Looking For Air-based Glass Cannon Build

I've found that I quite enjoy the speedy glass cannon playstyle, I kind of want to use it as endgame for one of my assassins. Basically looking for a build with high spell dps and good walkspeed, I don't much mind being fragile.

I would prefer to use an air-thunder or air-water combination, but don't really know what to do for it...

I can afford most legendaries but no mythics. Level doesn't matter, as this is theoretical atm.

Crystal
Capricorn
Raging Wind
Moon Pool Circlet
Squid Anklet
Autotomized

Slider w/ air-water
Silver, add 2 water 1 air

 

Well that was fast. Looks good overall, but what can be used as a Slider substitute until level 99?

imo Ivory is better then Silver, but if you want to use Silver I can give you this pretty dank one:

(I'd like a bit of LE for it if possible tho, as it has pretty good IDs and 2 tier 5 1 tier 4 air powder...)

 

It's fine, I was actually considering using Ivory anyway.

2x Raging Wind (for thunder do 2x barrage)
Contrail (for thunder do arc bracer)
Errant (for thunder do electric torc)

pretty much any thunder or air weapon

 

For this I'd 100% recommend Blur as a weapon
Except the +2 on leichreech might go to waste...

 

Rewind works as a substitute, and is pretty good as a secondary weapon for mana regen

 

with blur I was doing around 6k spins which isnt bad ;>
