Any Class Help Need Help: Thunder-earth Spell Damage Pvp Build!

Hello everyone! I'd just like to say that I need a THUNDER-EARTH build for PVP that has a great amount of spell damage. If anyone has this please let me know!

I'd love if you told me how much damage it does along with the gear required for the build.

Here's My current Bismuthinite build

Morph Stardust
Beetle Aegis
Leggings of Desolation/Vaward
Memento
Concentration x2
Squid
Clock Amulet/Wutever u want

Starting Stats:
20/20/20/24/24

Put on Morph Stardust
Then get enough sp to wear Beetle Aegis
Get intel up to 50
Put on all your gear and use your remaining skillpoints in str and dex

I Average Around 9k meteors
1.5k Melee at slow attack speed
Chain lighting does 4-5k Damage
Positive Elementals in all but water however its only -25 while using Leggings of deso and clock amulet so 1 powder on your armour will fix it
11.8k health
~2k poison with bismuthinite and leggings of deso

Pretty nice build overall. Its one of my favourite atm
