I have some questions :)
Are you planning on giving us a map? Maps are incredibly useful for RP's ^^
How racist are people?
Can I be a vampire? :D

Special Ability:
Sanguis is a bloodbender and a hemomancer. That pretty much means that he can control and manipulate blood in a number of ways.
He can manipulate the blood in a person's body and therefore to some degree control that person's movements. He has the ability to suck a person's blood out of their body and use it as a weapon or a shield by making it more dense and therefore making it harder.
As part of his hemomancer abilities he can convert his body into pools of blood. This can be useful for a numerous of things. For example getting places he wouldn't normally be able to get to. Also reversing this ability and taking blood from others can heal him. (Let us ignore blood types because... well magic ^^)

He can also sense diseases in blood. For example will he be instantly alerted if a person is a vampire.

Weapon:
His ability and some fake metal claws which extent from his fingers. (See appearance)

Personality:
Sanguis is a very cruel person. He loves to hurt others and to some degree himself. He is masochistic. He very is calm and collected though. He is also pretty clever.
Sanguis is incredibly resistent to pain. Like really really really much. This comes from the fact that when he drains his own blood out of his body it hurts just as much as if he would do it to others. Also transforming his body into blood hurts too.

He has clothes look like this except for the blades on the sleeves. Here you can also see the claws which I was talking about. They are very long and sharp. He will unequip these when he is in cities and other such places.
As a normal Dunmar he has glowing red eyes though his are more crimson colored than usual. Like blood. He has pale grey skin and white hair.

Backstory:
Sanguis came from a troubled home. His father was violent and his mother and him were often the victims. He hated his father. He had no friends either. He often fought brutal fights with the other kids. The fights often ended with blood spilled. Both his and the ones he fought.

One day everything became too much for Sanguis. His father. The kids. Everything. He murdered his father with a knife. As he sat there considering what he just did, he noticed something. The blood which flowed out from the wound in his fathers kneck. It was warm. This captivated Sanguis. "The fluid of life." he thought. After sitting there for a while he remembered that tihs murder would not go unnoticed. He ran away. For days he ran. He escaped up into the mountains.

One day he found a weird crumbling stone temple. He ventured in and found bodies. Lifeless and drained of all their blood. Though this unsettled him it peeked his curiosity. Far inside the temple he saw someone. A lone person. The person saw him and long story short recognised him as a possible successor because of his hatred and anger. The person was Vladimir (Putin Not really though). Vladimir saw a murderer in Sanguis. Over the course of the next few years Vladimir trained Sanguis in the arts of hemomancy and bloodbending. Sanguis' final lesson, (or well it is more like a ritual) had him drain all of Vladimir's blood and fuse it with his own. This led to him getting all the abilities and all of the knowledge of his master and alle the hemomancers before him.

As you can see I decided to not make him a vampire anyway ^^
Though I kind of did hehe :P

Gender: Male
Ability: Light Hold - Allows Dar'krahl to capture and hold light from any source in any sealable container, including, but not limited to, glass bottles, ceramic pots, or his own hands.
Weapon: Scimitar; Mostly to intimidate enemies, as he prefers to use his own claws.
Personality: Mischievous, intelligent, helpful, dedicated, self-challenging (This basically means that, if he played Super Mario 3D Land, he would try to beat World S8-Crown without powerups, like I did)
Appearance: Grey fur, vertical black line marking above each eye, otherwise just looks like a default Khajiit

Sorry this took so long; I wanted to get a picture of my Khajiit in Skyrim, but I don't have access to the game at the moment.

 

If that is the power level of our abilities I probably made mine just a tiny (More like a shit ton) bit more powerful than I should have XD

Actually. Considering that he had telekinesis and hypnosis as eksamples it might just be your's that is a bit "underkill" ^^

Both of you need to change your abilities. Vansil, yours is somewhat OP. Mario, yours is bit underpowered. Rest is good.

 

I refuse to change my ability for that reason.

IC - You find yourself in cart with various Stormcloaks near you. It's an Imperial cart which is taking the Stormcloaks to execute them. You were found near the Stormcloaks so The Imperials think you're with them.

There are about 50 Imperial guards around the cart. You are beaten up and are not in a position to fight.

OOC - You can't use your ability yet, you haven't learnt it.

And yeah, that'll work.
