    look ik that there are pets in the shop but I found a mob called a pet rat and a sea foam and I'm wondering if I can make those my very own pets

    Seafoam is a wybel pet that inhabits Selchar, despite their "protector/follower mob" status, they don't really do much, just little fun immersion junk.
    if you do want a wybel pet, you can buy crates or vip+/Hero in hopes of possibly getting one token, but chances are low
    only way of having pets is through purchase or crates, no taming system here

    Without spending real money you can't have a pet.
    You can lead them places and play pretend.
