    have your friend lie on the ground moaning and pretend your eating his/her guts and smother the pomegranate juice all over ur face (chew them to, so it seems you have been eating flesh)
    DO ALL OF THIS WITH YOUR BACK TO THE WITNESS
    and voila, fake cannibalism (but I encourage you not to try real cannibalism, not as funny)
