I Keep Getting Untradable Loot, Why?

I've been grinding around Troms and occasionally some loot will decrypt into untradable items. They all have names I can't pronounce, but that's about it. So far I've gotten a chestplate I got rid of, a spear, and a wand. Anyone know what's up with these? Are they important?

 

They're not rare or important, but they are kind of odd and something you want to make an entire build from.

 

They are from the Jungle Boss Altar
also you should reroll that Ohonte

 

Yeah, I figured the spear was from the alter. But the other two weren't acquired from the boss, so I was wondering if they were sueful later on or something.
Why reroll the Ohonte?

since you're a mage, you should really use it

Suppose I could. Damage is it a bit low though, I assume this should be used as a backup wand to regen mana/hp?
