Mage/Dark Wizard Help Mana Regen + Spell Damage Build

Someone help me on which items to use with best mana regen and high spell damage. (LV 100)

 

Quartzite Helm
Aquarius
Vaward
Capricorn
Cascade or Requiem

Just kind of a rainbow/water-air build that has every basic thing a mage needs

 

What about rings? Stats?

Nebulous? Suppression? Royal Stormy/Cyclone? Idk

SKILL POINTS : 63 dexterity 100 water 35 fire (You don't need to be level 100 because i threw everything i had left into dexterity,

Helmet : Sizzling shawl (Max spell damage)

Chestplate : Aquarius (Max mana regen, Max % spell would be nice too)

Leggings :Dark channeler (max spell damage and 2 mana steal)

Boots : Momento (near max OR Max mana regen & spell damage)

Accessories

R1 Reminder (7 intel) )
R2 Moon pool (all ids are the same, from hive)
B Hamseys brilliance (Mana steal and intel sp)
N Jester (max mana steal)

My weapon is a lament with 8 mana steal, im sure you can use a bonder or a hive wand but idk

I get 13 mana regen 13 mana steal INCLUDING the laments mana steal,

I also get 30% spell damage and 746 raw spell damage, some of my items (mostly accessories) aren't perfect though

It has 10k health. I kind of took inspiration from spell damage builds and the generic mana regen build and just made a hybrid with them..

I do like 10k meteors and 1kish melee damage with the lament, i just kind of came up with this yesterday..

And where you get Bonder?

 

Bonder is the level 99 wand you get from killing the strongest boss in the game The orange wybel, It is not in a quest it is a boss altar near ahmsord,
It may drop 2 legendary wands it might drop a spear it might drop nothing you never know but it can drop a legendary level 99 of each class, They are

Mage : BONDER
Warrior : BRAKER
Assassin : SLIDER
Archer : STINGER

To look at them just go to the item guide and do level 81-100 and legendary, or search the item names
