Mage/Dark Wizard Lament Mana Regen/steal Build

umm well I might have gotten a lament, might not have, but I just need a lv 96 build that has the most Mana Regen and Mana Steal as freaking possible. I have around 40 Le to spend and I have a few pieces of mana regen equips such as 7/4 Aquarius, 2/4 2/4 high spell DarkChanneler, 4/4 riverflow, 4/4 memento, 4/4 third eye, a Moon Pool circlet, and plenty of 1/4 concentrations. Taking this in mind, can someone help me make a build using some of these to make a build with the most mana steal and mana regen as possible? Thanks!

Oh, I see the problem with your calculation @Spaghetti , you forgot the negative values of recharge and suppression.

Mabye something like Recharge Aqua Crystal Memento Raindropx2 Lapis Tidal
which would end up with :
21 mana steal
14 regen

I guess this is just the build above, just opposite :P
