    If you want to try and find one, you'll need to look in chests while being around level 10, or in chests where the nearby enemies are around that level (e.g. pitman ravine). The best chance to get them (and other sets/legendaries) will be from tier 3 and 4 chests.

    Best one chest I think is the tier 4 at emerald trail, I always get 2-3 topaz in this chest
    Don't know where? Watch a YT video that has 23 tier 4 chest locations and you will know
