I'd build it on Wybel Island so I could spent my time befriending all those cute fuzzballs and defending them from the anti-wybel contingent.

 

I'd build a house on the Fruma gate

 

There's probably a really pretty uninhabited island in the sky islands. I would build it there. Or maybe build a treehouse in the tree on a small island to the east of selchar near the reef. Watching the sunset from on top of there is damn gorgeous

I would have my house attached to an airship from underneath, at your good old Letvus Airbase. However, the roof might not be strong enough to hold on to the airship's bottom. So, it might be turned up-side-down.

 

Definitely in the little woods. That has been my favourite place of all Wynncraft for as long as it been there probably.
