Buying Buying A Lot... Mage

So basically, I really messed up. I went afk in a hostile area and lost all of my gear. I'm looking to buy some of it back, and I really need some good ID's. I'm a mage, offensive mage, so I'm looking for spell damage. Keep in mind I'm only level 75.

What I need/want

Wand - Sage
/ at least 35% xp bonus
/ at least 3/4s mana regen
/ at least 8% loot bonus
/ whatever air damage

Helmet - N/A

Chestplate - Looking for a legendary robe, gives like 260 spell damage, I don't remember the name of it. It's technically an iron chestplate. Anything good.

Leggings - I have some pretty okay ones right now, but I'm looking for some good legendary ones, preferably ones with spell damage or poison. Doesn't have to be crazy, just something decent.

Boots - I'm looking for the pirate boots. The ones you get for completing the quest around Llevigar. They are leather boots and they give decent stats. You get them for completing the quest called "Lost Soles". If I could take those off anyone, unless they're not trade-able. In that case I'll take whatever I can get with some decent spell damage and mana regen.

The best i've got to work with is about 30LE. It's all I can really offer, so if it's too much, I understand, but I really need to get this gear back. Any responses on where I can get stuff or who I can get it from will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
