Mage/Dark Wizard Need Help: Spell Damage Gaia Build!

I am looking for a SPELL DAMAGE Gaia build that can deal a good 20k meteor or more.
If you have one, please post the items below.

I don't care if it's glass cannon, I just want huge meteor
damage.
