Do you mean Qira, Mistress of the Hive?

 

for Qira Hive boss with about 15 people 85-100 level where getting one hit and the catalyst were not spawning in for some when we killed her and we did it 13 times and it still doesn't work and she should do 2500 to 4000 damage but she was one hitting people with 9000 to 10000 health

Step one, you need to do damage. Step 2, is there any point of winning at lv 85 anyways? Step 3, elemental weakness

In order for everyone to get the drop, they have to do at least 15% of the damage, I think. Did anyone get it? If a few ppl got it, you weren't doing enough damage.
