Guild Is Anyone Else's Guild Broken?

Exactly what the title says, I'm a very high rank in my brother's guild, but it appears broken most of the time, when I attack an unowned territory, it says we own it, but when I do /guild defend, it says "An Internal error occurred" and then when I do the command again, it says "You must own this territory to defend it. It has even shown up on the map that we own the territory, I just don't understand.... And don't tell me all guilds are broken, because how do all the guilds on the map own territory and it changes every day....
