Weird Quest Glitch

    I was doing the "Elemental Exercise" quest and right when I finished the quest and was speaking to Ragon the server closed in the middle of the talk and now I'm supposed to speak to him again but I don't have the study results, which is required to complete the quest. As you can see in the photos there is no "Study Results" or fire weapon, which in my case is a spear.
