What's Going On In Wynn This Week?

I don't really play wynn that much now, I mainly stay on the forums to keep track of interesting stuff.
So, recently, I've seen a few threads about dupe exploit. This definitely isn't new, there was and will always be duping on the server, but apparently, mythics are being mass duped.
People are getting banned and stuff, tossing mythics on the ground in Detlas...

I don't really understand what's going on and why people keep doing that.

Here's a little story for you:

When 1.12 came out, revamped dungeons (not these ones, the old ones) were a thing, we were all hyped! Me and a friend apparently found a duping glitch by accident (something about relogging when you enter a dungeon or something like that I don't remember). So we tried to see how it works, and we understood. We threw the duped items and never talked about it to anyone, we were really scared of being banned even for telling the glitch to a mod (Yes, sounds really dumb now that I think of it). Of course we didn't abuse the glitch.

Can somebody explain what is going on and why people are doing gamebreaking stuff like this?

 

ppl are all about the mythics and money

 

the comunity is bigger now some evil jerks joined it found dupe glitched abused it cause they dont think about consequences and are jerks
they want to be rich and ruin the server for fun

And I'm here trying to get a mythic since a long time. ;(

I hate grinding unless it's short.

It's not grinding when the play style of every build is different, and if you plan your route through the game correctly you can avoid lots of grinding until level 90 which is where I'm going to stop playing each class until more quests come out, unless I feel like grinding.

 

It takes ages to do quests and level up tho

 

Again, not really if you plan your route correctly. You may notice I have six level 31s, it's because I'm using the strategy on every class as I go through the game. I usually let one class pull ahead and levels compared to every other class so I can grab items from quest to make them faster for the other nine classes.

People dupe these rare things because they hate the RNG, low drop rates, and really dislike the fact that they cost stacks.
Let's not give the dupers any more attention.

 

Well I also hate the fact that mythics are really rare and cost stacks of LE but why would anyone dupe items? Btw mr.duper you are probably laughing at all these threads talking about you lol.

 

i havent really been looking for one, but when i grind, i might aswell, wish me some luck and in hope i get a mythic, but WYNN never really gave me hope
