    if you killed the same cow 3 times it wont count as the three items... u need to have 3 different cow items

    I had the same issue. You need to go back through the cave, solve the puzzle once more, and trigger a tripwire at the entrance to the Bigfoot cave. Make sure you see the dialogue in chat. It looks like this:
    [1/1] Bigfoot: GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
