What Happens To The Wynnter Fair Once 2017 Arrives?

What happens to the Wynnter Fair once 2017 arrives? How much are we allowed to sell the weapons/armor for once/if they get removed? Will the area still be there except for all the Craftmas things? Will the build team decide to keep the fair all year long, possibly getting rid of some of the special things such as the untradable necklace with no stats, etc?

Like what @GiraffeMemeLord said, so get that untradable necklace and anything else tradable. For the tradeable items, keep them for a while until a market starts where they can be sold for prices alike Santa's Hat and Pants or something like those.

I highly doubt Selvut would let 40+ items become unobtainable like that, he probably has a plan to put them somewhere else after. I think only the untradeable pendant will be removed.
Of course, you'd actually have to pay for them or do a dungeon or something, because you wouldn't be able to get the Christmas Gifts anymore, so getting them now is still a good idea.
