you must not be good at prices why do you think max walk speed followthe wind braclets go for 20le each (standard forum price)
follow the wind is a legendary braclet and the only way to get legendary accessories is by loot chests or item bombs so if an item this hard to get goes for 20le
i really doubt that a booster plate with max walkspeed goes for more than 10le

also my friend bought/sold cant remember 1 of these with a TIER 6 AIR powder for only 20le

Because your friend's trade is what dictates the market price, right? Please keep telling us stories of your friend buying/selling stuff at incredibly low prices so that people are willing to sell you their stuff at those prices. 100% valid logic.
