Assassin/Ninja Help I Need A Massive Thunder Damage Glass Cannon Build

So I got a crossroad killer and it has very slow attack speed.
I need a build that can make it go up to very fast attack speed and do a lot of thunder damage.
I already have some parts figured out
For chetplate I am thinking of mummies rag cause mine has teir 2 attack speed but I need more.
P.S. I need it to be around level 70

some questions

if you manage to get a Chakram will u use it?
you want spell damage or melee damage?

 

As long as you have a bunch of damage, I don't think you need it to be that fast. +2 should be enough.
Stalagmites for boots definitely, just look at that damage
Possible Iodide or Rust for a helmet, depending on what you'd prefer (although that might eat up a lot of skill points)
Post-Ultima would be a really good choice for leggings, although Electrocharge Greaves might be viable for the +2 attack speed (but as I said not really necessary)
And of course mummy's rag for chestplate
