    Hey everyone, I'd like a build for the wand morrowind.

    - Decent intel for spammy
    - High Agility
    - Not a glass cannon, but good damage
    - Not weak to a certain element (weak to 1 is ok)

    Raging Wind ( Agility 40)
    Stratus (Int. 60 and Ag. 30)
    Clock Amulet
    Vortex Bracer (Ag. 30)

    the distribution of skillpoints is 100 on agility, 75 on intelligence and do whatever with the rest. hope you liked it :D
