    okay, upon finishing the lv 73 quest Troubled Tribesmen, you gain access to a shop

    ^ all the items
    tbh some of them r rly good but some really suck xD
    alright, on to the way you acquire the gems required to buy these:
    step 1: find one of these passive mobs:

    just exploring caves in dernel will do, these things spawn everywhere
    upon killing it, it drops a totally random number of 5 different gems
    keep doing this till you have enough to buy whatever you want
