Hacked Now Lost Account Items

Question:
What do I do if I get hacked and I need to restore my items?

I have been banned for 2 weeks now and I just got my account back (my account was compromised) and I had such stuff that I can never get back if I tried but someone said to me that I can confess with Mojang somehow to get my account items back and I need help with doing this process. if anyone knows how I can do this and knows any information please reply, a detailed procedure would be very helpful (as detailed as you can do)

you have to get the items back yourself (or from other people and all that)
theres a no refund policy in which staff dont give lost items back no matter what happened
so its probably best you just start a new class

 

well I was told that I can get my account back if I do something with Mojang

I'll answer this with a solid no... No. However! Just start a new class, what you had could be easily regained.

 

no it can be easily regained I had legendaries, keys, scrolls, powders, items used in each class I had 3 classes I have been working on for a long time Archer level 55 Mage level 50 and Assasin level 49

 

You can get a class to lv 50 in about week if you are lazy.

 

Sorry about this. We usually try to ban the hacked accounts as quickly as possibly so your items are not lost, but sometimes we're not fast enough. I'm not sure who told you about the Mojang process, but there is no such thing. Your account credentials aside, Mojang is no longer relevant.

We do have a strict no-refund policy so we can't reimburse your items. Anyways, I'd recommend you start another class so that they can collect level 50ish armor for your other three classes.
