Should Vip+ Get Shouts?

    Well i buyed Vip+ from 2 months. A friend (vip+) tell me that he got shouts but i never got any kind of shouts. Well now i fell a bit angry because i never recived my shouts... so should vip+ get shouts? (Sorry for the bad english but i'm too angry right now)

    Well seeing that mojang updated the eula to a certain frame that you can't have shouts or bombs automatically in the VIP+ package anymore, that's one reason why you don't have shouts. But if you did get it 2 months just prior, then I wouldn't know why you didn't have shouts with it. There could a number of reasons.
