    They most likely sculpted the terrain with voxel sniper with a certain block, then //replace <block> x%x,x%x, ect

    Hard to say. The whole project of building Wynn has been chugging away for more than 3 years... four? They map has been been re-sculpted and designed, kneaded and changed for years. Since making it was such a non-linear process, saying how long the land itself took make is pretty challenging.
