Archer/Hunter Help Hellstrand

So I found one of these cool bows and I figured a build for it might be cool but I have no idea what to do for it since it's quite odd.

I'm assuming a fire/dex spell build of some kind may go well with it, not sure on the spell but it gives spell dmg so idk. I'm wanting at least decent hp, some mana, not trash Walkspeed, possibly hp regen? Not needed but would be nice, no anima infused helmet from the hive since I have no master tokens, and finally please no concentrations they're in everything and I don't want to have to grind/buy some more. I that sounds difficult enough to make so have fun.
