    Yes, you had to have VIP before wynncraft update 1.12, the mob update

    As @ron111701 stated here:
    It was a rank made to compensate for VIPs losing the x2 XP and exclusive assassin class that they had before the 1.12 Wynncraft Update.

    I believe its just VIP with a different names.
    VIPs before the 1.12 update had different perks you see, and when the EULA came out, this had to change.
    All VIPs and VIPs+ (?) were converted into Veterans, given the VIP and VIP+ perks we have today.
    It is no longer obtainable anymore.
