Saving The Stray Cat Mikey (cats.cats.cats)

Here's a cat story.

So in my neighborhood, there's tons of stray cats. Most don't interfere with us but a couple do.
Like Ziggy. he's super chill
I'm a crazy cat lady ok i'm sorry

Anyway, one showed up about 2 years ago and didn't want anything to do with us.
Until a rainy day (literally)
This was around summer I believe,
this cat was going through some garbage and I noticed blood on the back of each of his ears.
Like huge gashes on the back of his ears.
Me, being a weeny, I had my brother come and check on him.
We eventually had him comfortable with us petting him
dude he is the biggest cuddle bug ok look at himmmm


anyway
We already have a cat (Mosie, she's gr8) and we couldn't really take him in at the time.
His name is Mikey btw. Wow I suck at writing.

ANYWAYS. We got antibiotic cream to put on his ears and ear mite drops.
We kept taking care of him as much as we could
and he healed and got fat and fluffy and great.

So now since it's winter, my dad wanted to make it possible to have him come inside! WOO
My brother (the hero in this story), took him to a vet today to get him more patched up.
(Shots, fixed, ticks, ect) Given my brother just got out of the hospital, he's crazy great)
I'm allergic to cats ironically and with asthma woo #WorthItkms. I fixed up my room for this feller and here we are.

Once you even look at him he starts purring.

He had really bad ear mites and would scratch the back of his ears. ;-; he was an aggressive scratcher
