    I'm pretty sure this is for a future quest. I haven't seen anything posted about it, but if I'm wrong, I'll just take it down.

    You can walk into the 'racetrack' and you 'race' against a snail, who goes very slow. Once you reach the end you get teleported to a room with the Snail Slime, an untradable item. No idea what it is for.
