This is what I got, so its not bad.

Wait, I do remember something that may matter.
When I was last logged in I was in the new fair area, which has all those command block minigames...
Perhaps the login is being disrupted by the combination of things occurring there?

It would make sense since this only started happening after the Wynnter Update, so the combination of more players on the server, plus the amount of players in that area, plus all the minigames...
Just a theory but it could be possible..

 

Well, most servers have empty fairs, so I'm not sure if that's the case.

When you logged out, where was the last place you were? It doesn't make sense how you have really good ping and still have those horrible lag spikes. Try switching to 1.8.9 as a fallback and see if that works. It may be a version issue, since 1.10 was an initial release and may be causing more lag than 1.10.2 (which is what I use).

 

Ok I just tried 1.8.8 since that's the Optifine version I have and it appears to be working!
It did take longer for any lag to stop while in the fair area though, I'm gonna try 1.9.0 as well just to see how it fairs out.

Edit: Ok tried 1.9.0 and it does it too... May be why so many people are having issues then?

See I wasn't getting on much with all my exams coming up and projects due...

I just tried logging in though and it seems to still be happening....
I still can't play and I haven't seen any update notices excluding the Store one...

Devs please some assistance?
The only version that sort of works is 1.8, but it has quite a few gameplay issues...
1.8 is missing the guild bar, plus when clicking your regular attack a bunch you get a weird "hiccup" delay between the hits.
Not to mention it still has this issue when entering a second world if you left the first one you entered...
