Please Help Me Pick

so i had these lvl 67 legendary boots on, but on a recent quest i did i got these other boots which are 50 health less in difference but are good too. so which boots should i wear? please respond in the poll and why.
i am a lvl 68 mage for information and also trying to make a thunder/water build

according to what your build APPEARS to be, I would suggest using stalagmites

Personally I think the Sodeta's are better.

 

It really depends on your playstyle, but personally, I love the Sodeta boots and actually still use them on my level 93 archer...

 

You got some really bad Sodetas, you should re-id them, they can have up to 3/4 mana regen.
If you're going for a melee build, which I assume might be the case judging by your skill points allowing you to wear stalagmites, you might not need that though. Stalagmites will boost your elemental damage while Sodeta will boost your spell.
