    So My Friend And I Are at Troms and he tells me that he got this mage weapon called rotten wood that his friends told him that people don`t get it anymore and that it sells for decent le. also he said that his friend had a similar dagger that sold for 5le. so I'm confused is it really rare and a lot of le or just a basic crappy weapon?

    Don't let them fool you. At your level an avg legendary is probably not even 5 le.
