    I'll say this much: the only obtainables added this update were the community event winners and a whole bunch of Legendaries. 5 wands, 3 spears, 4 daggers, and 5 bows. This rounds out the legendary total on weapons(at least, for obtainables) to 18 on each class.

    SMEG. I found a new legendary bow this morning but didn't think to screen shot it. T'was a lvl 90 (or 92?! - Memory fail) with some hefty fire damage, but was also slow so I sold it off ASAP due to lack of time and inventory to hold on to for later.

    Much of the stuff folks seem to be finding are odds and ends added a couple patches ago but just haven't been spotted or documented yet. I've been working with what's on the wiki and the Help-Item look and at least one forum post with the new Unique Weapons added with the Hallowynn patch. My database building is far from complete.

    The only other legendary bows in that range are Return to Ether, and Gale's Force, and both have quite fast attack speeds, which doesn't meet your description.
