I've made a lot of builds over the past few months (mostly hypothetical but a few I have been able to test.) So I decided to post them all here. A little disclaimer is that while some of these builds have been made before and some are quite popular, I did personally take the time to create each one.

I'm going to give each build three scores, one for Potential Ability, meaning how well does it have the potential to do what it is for. One for Cost, meaning how much you are going to have to do/pay for it, and one for how Realistic Effectiveness, which is how good it actually is/would be.
I will be editing this as I think up more.

Also I way overuse Intensity and Knucklebones so keep that in mind.

This is a build centered primarily on heavy earth damage with Bomb Arrow. The primary id for this build is Earth Damage, followed by Strength and then Exploding.
Bow: Infused Hive Bow or Cluster. In either case, fill it with tier 3+ earth powders. (Hive Bow ends with about 490-710 earth damage, Cluster with 122-338.)
    Helmet: Shawl of Gaea.
    Chestplate: Terra's Mold.
Leggings: Earth Breaker. (Earth Sanctuary also works, but Earth Breaker gives some hp as well as exploding which is nice in pve.)
Boots: Seismosoul. (Alternatively, Gaea-Hewn Boots give earth damage as well as more exploding. Warchief also works if you want to go all-in.)
    Ring#1: Giant's Ring.
    Ring#2: Giant's Ring.
    Bracelet: Knucklebones.
Necklace: Golemlus Core or Royal Dusty Amulet.

Potential Ability: ████The raw damage output of this build would be great, especially against thunder builds/those weak to earth. With the high exploding ID this build also has very good pve potential.
Price: ███▯No part of this build is especially expensive, however if you wish to use tier 6 powders it could quickly get very expensive.
Realistic Effectiveness: ███▯This build would definitely do a lot of damage, but you wouldn't have too much health and your defenses would be very poor leaving you open to a lot of attacks. If an enemy were to have large amounts of earth defense, this build would not do much.
This is a build centered primarily on dealing large amounts of a variety of damage types mostly using Bomb Arrow. The primary ids for this build are Air Damage, Thunder Damage, and Water Damage.
Bow: Gale's Force. (Put 2 t6 thunder powders and 1 t6 water Powder in it. Damage with these powders is 13-18 Neutral, 51-65 Water, 120-150 Air, and 76-164 Thunder.)
    Helmet: Cumulonimbus.
    Chestplate: Boreal-Patterned Aegis.
    Leggings: Dark Channeler.
    Boots: Steamjet Walkers.
    Ring#1: White or Intensity.
    Ring#2: White or Intensity.
    Bracelet: Knucklebones.
    Necklace: Bottled Thunderstorm.

Potential Ability: ████ On paper this is a very versatile build with good to great damage, good defenses, and good spammability with high walk speed and mana regen.
Price: ███This can be quite an expensive build, as good Dark Channelers, Gale's Forces, and Cumulonimbuses can go for quite a lot. This combined with the 3 tier 6 powders used can really take a chunk out of your wallet.
Realistic Effectiveness: ███This build is almost everything that it is on paper, especially against water or earth builds but it has fairly low hp sitting at mid 8000s and does not do as much damage as one would want outside of thunder and air.
Kind of a joke, this build centers around dealing as much melee damage as possible.
    Bow: Stinger. (No Powders)
    Helmet: Blood Moon.
    Chestplate: Chestplate of Ineptitude.
    Leggings: Earth Breaker or Post-Ultima.
    Boots: Warchief or Mud.
    Ring#1: Giant's Ring.
    Ring#2: Giant's Ring.
    Bracelet: Bovine Cuff or Knucklebones.
    Necklace: Royal Dusty Amulet.

Potential Ability: ███▯If you are a great aim with the bow in minecraft you could pretty much take down any enemy very quickly from a distance, but your health and defenses are god awful so you don't really have any other choice.
Price: ███Max melee damage Warchief is probably a few stacks, and you have to kill the Orange Wybel for Stinger so it's pretty expensive.
Realistic Effectiveness: █It's pretty much terrible unless you are really good with archer melee from a distance.
This is a risky build with a high potential payoff which does heavy fire, thunder, and neutral damage.
Dagger: Black. (No Powders, if you really want a special go for 2 t4 fires.)
    Helmet: Anima-Infused Helmet.
    Chestplate: Nether's Reach.
Leggings: Hephaestus-Forged Greaves or Leggings of Desolation or Steel Wool.
    Boots: Nether's Scar.
    Ring#1: Intensity.
    Ring#2: Intensity.
    Bracelet: Ariodo's Dial or Knucklebones.
    Necklace: Antim.

Potential Ability: ████This build has the ability to do incredible damage with spin attack in particular. The downsides being low defenses and potential health/mana drain.
Price: ███You need a minimum of 3 Hive completions for this, and some of the items don't come cheap.
Realistic Effectiveness: ██▯This build would be really great in pve where you don't have to worry too much about the enemy one-shotting you. In pvp this build would be best when getting the jump on unsuspecting enemies and would pretty much just die if caught out.
A rather well known assassin build which I first thought of back in March or so is the Raw Spell Damage build. This build does absurd neutral damage with multihits as well as with smoke bomb.
Dagger: Pretty much any dagger with mana regen/steal or raw spell damage works here. A few are listed before this, I personally use Waterspout. (make sure to put 2 water powders tier 4+ on whatever you choose.)
    Helmet: Third Eye.
    Chestplate: Soul Signal.
    Leggings: Dark Channeler.
    Boots: Memento.
    Ring#1: Jester Ring.
    Ring#2: Jester Ring.
    Bracelet: Nebulous.
    Necklace: Jester Necklace.

Potential Ability: ████This build has very few if any downsides, with very basic elemental defenses and a steady damage output as well as a nice hp pool it is a perfect all-around build, if a bit on the squishy side.
Price: ███ Most of the armor is pretty expensive with good ids.
Realistic Effectiveness: █It pretty much lives up to its potential every time, not much can go wrong.
A rather expensive build that does everything pretty quickly, not much else I have to say about it.
Dagger: Weathered. (4 t6 thunder powders.) (Use Blur if you don't want to get a mythic, but it will do significantly less damage.)
    Helmet: Cumulonimbus.
    Chestplate: Sparkling Plate.
    Leggings: Leictreach Makani.
    Boots: Flashing Boots or Slayer.
    Ring#1: Intensity.
    Ring#2: Intensity.
    Bracelet: Knucklebones.
    Necklace: Willpower.

Potential Ability: ████ This build has very good escape potential with high walkspeed as well as insanely high dps/nuking potential.
Price: ████ High demand mythic (+another mythic if you want) +4 t6 powders.
Realistic Effectiveness: █All things stated in the potential ability section but you are very squishy and would die in 1-2 hits from just about any endgame build.
A strange build meant to assist others in boss fights or dungeon raids as best as it possibly can using maxed out int as well as mana regen.
Wand: Bonder. (4 t5 water powders.)
    Helmet: Morph-Stardust.
    Chestplate: Aquarius.
    Leggings: Crystal.
    Boots: Riverflow.
    Ring#1: Reminder.
    Ring#2: Reminder.
    Bracelet: Laen’s Curiosity.
    Necklace: Calming Torc.

Potential Ability: ████ This build ought to do what it is meant to do very well. With huge water damage you ought to restore any teammate to full health with a single heal and the maxed out int and mana regen allow you to spam spells for a very long time.
Price: ██▯▯ Most expensive parts are the Aquarius and the Powders, everything else should come pretty cheap if looking for the bare minimum.
Realistic Effectiveness: █If targeted by the boss you are fighting you will likely not do too well due to relatively low defenses.
An experimental build to see what one can do with Phoenix Wing. Not yet tested but I feel it has some potential.
Wand: Phoenix Wing. (No powders necessary)
    Helmet: Heroism.
    Chestplate: Hetusol or Leo.
    Leggings: Resolve.
    Boots: Nether's Scar.
    Ring#1: Coral Ring.
    Ring#2: Coral Ring.
    Bracelet: Knucklebones.
    Necklace: Royal Blazing Amulet.

Potential Ability: ██ This build is kind of all over the place but the high amounts of defense and agility would render you rather difficult to kill as you rain down meteors upon whatever enemy you are facing.
Price: █▯▯ Nothing here is really expensive.
Realistic Effectiveness: ██▯It would most likely live up to its potential.
Yes, this is a Harwrol build.
Spear: Harwrol. (2 t4 earth powders.)
    Helmet: Aries.
    Chestplate: Chestplate of Ineptitude.
    Leggings: Vaward.
    Boots: Wind Mimic.
    Ring#1: Raging Wind.
    Ring#2: Raging Wind.
    Bracelet: Contrail.
    Necklace: Royal Cyclone Amulet.

Potential Ability: ██ This is a fast melee build (in terms of both walkspeed and attack speed) which does good damage quickly and is hard to hit due to high agility. With air powder specials on the armor you could quickly overwhelm a static target.
Price: ███▯ Vaward and Aries can be rather expensive.
Realistic Effectiveness: █This build is not too squishy, has a good consistent damage output, and works quite well in a variety of situations.
A semi-squishy build meant to overwhelm enemies with very high water and thunder damage.
Spear: Thrundacrack. (4 t6 water powders.)
    Helmet: Anima-Infused Helmet.
    Chestplate: Boreal-Patterned Aegis.
    Leggings: Dark Channeler.
    Boots: Shaggy Boots or Slayer.
    Ring#1: Clockwork Ring.
    Ring#2: Time Ring.
    Bracelet: Watch Bracelet.
    Necklace: Clock Amulet.

Potential Ability: ██ This is a heavy nuker build which has the potential to do tons of damage and remain fairly tanky.
Price: ███ Thrundacrack + 4 t6 powders ought to be pretty expensive.
Realistic Effectiveness: ██▯This build would get kited a lot and would have problems getting close to the enemy.
A build designed for pve that does heavy fire damage with a large health pool and high regeneration.
Spear: Guardian. (At least 2 t6 fire powders.)
    Helmet: Shimmersight.
    Chestplate: Leo.
    Leggings: The Golem.
    Boots: Exhaustion.
    Ring#1: Vapor.
    Ring#2: Vapor.
    Bracelet: Latchkey.
    Necklace: Fiery Torc.

Potential Ability: ██ This build has the ability to excel in pve with high damage potential as well as very high tank potential.
Price: ███ Guardian as well as some of the max defense armor pieces may be expensive.
Realistic Effectiveness: █I do not really see any reason why this build should not live up to the potential in terms of pve, other than water damage mobs.
An interesting build focusing on no spell in particular with an unusual primary damage combo for warrior.
Spear: Infused Hive Spear. (2 t3 water powders, 2 t3 air powders.)
    Helmet: Cumulonimbus.
    Chestplate: Booster Plate.
    Leggings: Vaward.
    Boots: Capricorn.
    Ring#1: Intensity.
    Ring#2: Knucklebones.
    Bracelet: Latchkey.
    Necklace: Calming Torc.

Potential Ability: ██ I think this build actually has a lot of potential to do high damage, as well as being difficult to kill and having spammable spells.
Price: █ Vaward is the most expensive part, but you do need min 3 hive completions.
Realistic Effectiveness: █No real weaknesses other than attacks getting through your agility, but even then you are a warrior, and resistance comes built in.
Just slap these items on any class with 100 skill points in def to become more or less invulnerable to mobs and a real nuisance in duels.
    Helmet: Morph-Stardust.
    Chestplate: Gravity.
    Leggings: Vaward.
    Boots: Leadlights.
    Ring#1: Prism.
    Ring#2: Prism.
    Bracelet: Prowess.
    Necklace: Morph-Ruby.

Potential Ability: ██ More or less invincible and you still deal pretty decent damage.
Price: █ It's a really meta build, the items are in high demand and can go for a lot.
Realistic Effectiveness: █ More or less invincible and you still deal pretty decent damage.

By all means suggest ways to improve these builds while keeping the core concepts (swapping out items for ones better suited, etc.)
I will also do free requests if you want to see a build for a specific weapon or piece of armor.

    Here's one I use:
    Water warrior spell build:
    Spear: Tidebinder/Idol
    Helmet: Cumulonimbus
    Chestplate: Aquarius
    Leggings: Vaward
    Boots: Capricorn
    Ring: Intensity
    Ring: Intensity
    Bracelet: Squid Anklet
    Necklace: Calming Torc

I get over 100% spell damage and 8k-10k uppercuts and that's only the initial hit

    Just a point though.

Using knucklebones on archer isn't the best idea. The bomb arrow's "arrow" will trigger negative lifesteal and mana steal....

So you will be screwed if you get unlucky.

    Water support Mage:
    1. You have too much mana regen. Try switching aqua->boreal, crystal->vaward, so you can stay alive. You'll still have a respectable 14/4s mana rege, counting a 6/4s bonder. You can even switch out riverflow for capricorn, to allow yourself to do some damage and also spread out the -155 thunder defense to smaller -defs in two elements. More well-rounded.
    2. 129 intel if you want to just go full out with support and spam tp/heal/ice snake. 75% reduction.

    Fire-Air Mage:
    1. Phoenix wing does no damage.
    2. Hephaestus-forged greaves instead of resolve? Needs dex but probably worth it.

    Rainbow Tank:
    1. Gemini?
    2. You're not close to invincible. Ask any alka rage warrior and they'll happily tear you - and your dreams - to shreds.

Just my two cents. Or three. I don't know anymo~

Cumulonimbus max spell % is 33%, which is 1/3 of base.
Third eye gives RAW spell damage, not PERCENT spell damage, which is better for warrior since warrior has large burst spells and not multiple tiny hit spells.
