    thats the best spot to grind for gear at about level 50?

    Probably the ice sentinels in the tunnel between Nesaak and Lusuco.

    At level 50 i usually farm in the abbandoned mines at level 60 in the herb cave

    The Ice Tunnel is good for armor around levels 46-50. I've found the Worm Hole slime cave is good for levels 50-60, and Herb Cave is good for levels 60-70.

    You could also try killing the Swamp Nagas for lv55 gear, or farming some of the smaller "rotten zombie" caves in the jungle.
