    But monitors are the main things that determine your fps, if your monitor cant handle over 60 fps then thats just wasted graphics card power

    The whole PC is budgeted to 1000$. Peripherals are not a case and monitors... Ehh. 2 monitors under 200$ total, so I'm probably going with the 20".

    Edited the two builds. After I looked on other topics of having 24 GB of Ram, I realized if using it only for gaming is considered a waste of money or just plain stupid. Both are lowered to the regular 16 GB and prices are now <900$.

    I could. It's much better than the FX-8350, but at the same time being twice its price than the other. At least it isn't overlapping my budget, so I'll go with the Core I7 / GTX 1060 build.
