That is not what buyout is for.

The whole point of a buyout is to give a slightly overpriced instant purchase option that makes you able to get slighly more money for the weapon while still being reasonable enough for the item to be bought out. Isn't that obvious?

You could make the buyout here like 12LE and nobody with a general sense of prices would still buy it out.
A stack of LE for a mediocre Chakram? You could get an Archangel or two for that price.

Spectre, Millennium, Greaves of Honor, Bad Wolf/Sodeta Boots, Morph-Topaz, Concentration, Morph-Amethyst, Morph-Ruby.
Any dagger, Scorpio, Olux's Dagger or Reaper of Soul for example.
