    Are they ever used for anything? The Seaskipper Captain gave me it while using the ship, now I've got 4 of them and I've no clue what to do with them lol. Are they needed in a quest or anything later on?

    Go to selchar and check the area at the top part of the island. There should be a merchant there that's interested in stuff beneath the ocean ;D
