Archer/Hunter Help Looking For An Archer Build

Hello, I am looking for a good archer build. I want to be able to kill Qira and or Wybel, and do pretty well in PvE and PvP. If you can please make less than lvl 90, but it is ok if level 100.

 

I know there are people with archer builds that can kill wybel, but that required defence potions and I've never tried that before.

However, my Tree archer can kill Qira :)
But it requires one piece of armor from the hive so it'd have to be your second playthrough. Try subsituting Resolve or Greaves of the Veneer for it.
